Bien Air Set Proimplant 3rd Gen Non Fiber Optic
Simplicity: the cornerstone of the new implantology motor developed by Bien-Air Dental. We do not need to calibrate our motor: the MX-i motor & 20:1 contra-angle have been validated to remain extremely accurate over a 1600 Sterilization-cycle life.
TECHNOLOGY
MX-i LED Accurate Micromotor
HIGH TORQUE
The system allows up to 70 Ncm torque with 20:1 CA.
SPEED STABILITY
High Torque quantity does not equal stable mechanical power. ProImplant is the most stable motor in low RPM (implant placment) ever measured, providing the user with confidence unmatched by competition.
CA 20:1 L designed for implantology
LONGEST LIFE IN THE MARKET
The drive system of the CA 20:1 L contra-angle has been optimized to withstand more than 1600 uses @70 Ncm.
This substantially increases the instrument’s service life.
SMALLEST HEAD IN THE MARKET
CA 20:1 L is the implantology handpiece with the smallest head in the market, improving ergonomics and view angle.
DUAL-LOOK GLASS ROD OPTICS
Dual glass rod LED technology provides constant, stable illumination of the work site throughout the RPM range, notably during low speed implant placement steps.
MICRO-SERIES
Bien-Air's new generation Micro-Series models ally innovation with compact design, resulting in improved power and maneuverability. Up to 30% shorter and 23% lighter than traditional models, they have an easy grasp that allows for optimal work comfort with less strain on the hand, arm, and shoulder.
PATENTED IRRIGATION SYSTEM
The irrigation of the Bien-Air CA 20:1 was developed to solve the problems of Kirchner-Meyer and traditional external irrigation. The irrigation is designed to flow down the threads of the osteotomy drill, which pumps irrigation directly to the bone site consistently and accurately, without being impeded by clogged bone debris. This design is the most effective at reducing temperature where it matters the most: where the drill contacts the bone.
PRE-SET SURGICAL PROTOCOLS
- Thanks to pre-set surgical protocols, implant procedure can be performed smoothly.
- The predefined sequences can accommodate all implants manufacturers protocols and any bone conditions.
- The surgical sequence can be customised and stored in the machine for time saving procedures.
INTUITIVE CONTROL KNOB
With its single rotary knob, navigation is easier than ever before. Simply turn the knob to scroll through the menus, then click to confirm your choice.
- New intuitive control for simplified daily use and reduced treatement time
- Simple choice of surgical protocol and speed/torque settings in just 3-5 steps
PATENTED IRRIGATION SYSTEM
All our physiodispensers are equipped with a highly practical peristaltic pump, designed and patented by Bien-Air. Our irrigation lines incorporate an insertion support ensuring very easy handling and optimal hygiene.
- User-friendly and comfortable pump system
- Adjustable flow rate 30-150ml/min
- Safe and sterile : no contact between pump and liquid
EASY-TO-CLEAN DEVICE
The single rotary knob is easy to remove from the unit for sterilization. In addition, the control panel is protected by highly resistant glass that is easy to clean.
- Console interface made of tempered glass shock-resistant and easy to clean
- Detachable and sterilizable knob
