This kit is used for immediate placement of dental implants regardless of the existence of a root septum. A series of stainless steel and diamond burs are provided which allow clinicians to place implants easily and predictably. Whether you are placing an implant in a posterior molar region or anterior esthetic zone, the burs provided ensure optimal conditions for achieving surgical success.
Instructions for Incisors
1. Extract tooth
2. Use Top diamond round burs to remove all granulated tissue
3. Use the side-cutting Lindeman drill to create your initial osteotomy
4. Use the twist drill to expand the osteotomy
5. Use the 3.0 diamond drill to expand the osteotomy
6. Create the final osteotomy with a drill that corresponds with the diameter of the implant being

Instructions for Molars
1. Extract tooth
2. Use Top diamond round burs to remove all granulated tissue
3. Use the diamond trephine bur to mark the area in the middle of the septum
4. Use the stainless steel trephine to form a core
5. Use the 4.0 diamond drill to expand the osteotomy
6. Create the final osteotomy with a drill that corresponds with the implant being placed
