Premium Crestal and Lateral Sinus Lift Kit
This kit is used to perform both crestal and lateral sinus lifts. Specially designed burs prevent sinus membrane perforation, making sinus lifts faster and more predictable. The kit is separated in two sections, crestal and lateral. The crestal section includes a series of crestal reamers with dome shaped tips. These tips channel bone towards the tip of the reamer, creating a barrier between the cutting surface and the sinus membrane. The membrane can then be lifted using water pressure with the aqua expanders provided. The lateral section includes three reamers which help access the sinus membrane as well as expand the sinus osteotomy (details below). Both sets of lateral and crestal reamers include a series of stoppers which prevent drilling into the membrane. Four hand instruments are included to help lift the sinus membrane. This kit allows surgeons to perform successful sinus lifts easily with consistent results.
Kit Includes:Crestal Stoppers ( 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8mm) These fit on the SD Reamers
