Crestal Approach Aqua Lift Expander Screws

• Used to raise the sinus membrane during a crestal sinus lift
• Expanders thread into an osteotomy like an implant to form a tight seal
• A syringe with a silicon hose can be used to raise the membrane using water pressure. 2cc of saline or sterile water is suggested
• Expanders can be driven into an osteotomy with a 4mm square ratchet
