• Used to remove large stripped screws and healing abutments after a flat head is created with a round bur
• Compatible with 4mm square wrenches

• Use a small round head bur to create a flat head rectangular channel across the head of a stripped screw
• After the channel is created, attach the flat tip driver to a square ratchet and reverse the screw out
