Product was totally fine and as expected but shipping was an issue and part did not arrive on time therefore we were unable to use. We paid for 2 day shipping but that did not happen (through no fault of Avtec) and Avtec Dental did not want to bother with contacting shipper to dispute delay even though "WE" contacted shipper and they said Avtec need only to dispute delay to get refund to then pass on to us. It was a minimal amount but it we will think twice about future orders here due to unknown possible customer service issues.
We have refunded the $17. Maybe there is some confusion here with our shipping provider. We have always been told that there are no refunds on delayed shipments due to natural disaster or weather instances. We therefore deemed it of a waste of time to pursue something that we knew the answer to. We will see if UPS has changed their policy recently. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As for as our customer service, there shouldn't be any concern moving forward.
